Attractive straw yellow color, bright, with a persistent coronet of subtle perlage. Gently and intensely fruity, very fine, with scents of ripe apple.
 
Fresh and sweetish, with a round and well sharpen body; it has a pleasant harmony and richly fragrant persistence with gently fruity ending. It is ideal for moderately sweetened pastries.
Excellent as aperitif wine.
