Sparkling wine, with light straw yellow color, lively and subtile perlage. The bouquet is fragrant and fruity, with scents of Golden apple and white peach, agreeably floral.
 
Perfectly dry in mouth, the good structure and the full sapidity, perfectly blending with the acid structure, give an agreeable and fresh balance. Its long persistance is enlivened by aromatic tones that come back retro-nasally.
 
Excellent outside meals, it pairs fish or tempura appetizers. It makes an excellent accompaniment for entries with vegetables or seafood, fish in general or delicate white meats.
